lemons (zest)
lemon juice
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger

1 Tbsp fresh Chervil (chopped)

Preparation steps

For the marinade, mix all the ingredients together and place the meat in it for about 30 minutes. Remove and pat dry.

On the grill, cook the meat on each side for about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chervil and serve.
