- ½ tsp Coriander
- ½ tsp peppercorns
- ½ tsp Cumin
- 2 dried Rose petal
- 3 Cardamom
- 1 generous pinch Mace (ground)
- 1 generous pinch Ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Harissa (paste)
- 8 lamb chops
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Mix coriander seed with peppercorns, cumin, rose buds and cardamom and grind in a mortar. Stir together with nutmeg, cinnamon, lemon juice, olive oil and harissa.

Rinse lamb and pat dry. Rub lamb with spice paste, cover and let rest for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. Then add salt and cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for about 8 minutes.
