For the marinade
5 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp freshly chopped thyme
½ tsp freshly chopped rosemary
1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

For the marinade, peel garlic and press using a garlic press into a bowl. Mix garlic with all remaining marinade ingredients. Rinse lamb chops, pat dry, place in the marinade, cover and let rest 1 hour, turning once.

Preheat oven broiler. Drain lamb chops and cook under the oven broiler on each side for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully, while occasionally brushing with marinade.
