¼ Sugar loaf chicory (200 g)
1 tsp sugar
3 Tbsps White vinegar
salt
4 red Sausage
4 Hot dog buns (or baguette rolls)
80 grams grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cabbage and lettuce. Slice thinly and combine with sugar and vinegar. Season with salt and set aside.

2.

Preheat grill. Halve sausages lengthwise. Cut rolls in half. Grill sausages and rolls together, about 5 minutes per side.

3.

Sprinkle rolls with 2 tablespoons cheddar each and top with sausages. Place salad on top of sausages and season with ketchup.
