- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 Limes
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 300 grams Tuna steak (ready to cook, skinless)
- 300 grams Salmon (ready to cook, skinless)

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic. Rinse the chile, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely chop in a blender with the garlic. Zest the lime, add the juice of one lime and cilantro and puree with the olive oil until it forms a creamy paste. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the fish, pat dry, cut into 4 equal-sized serving pieces and brush with the paste.
3.
Place the fish on the hot grill and cook on each side for about 2 minutes, so that the core is still slightly raw. Serve on plates with various salads.
