- 4 Corn
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 small red chili pepper (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 6 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps
1.
Parboil the corn cobs in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes then drain. Brush with 3 tablespoons butter and then wrap in foil. Grill for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
2.
Melt the remaining butter and mix with the chile and garlic. Season with salt and pepper then drizzle over the grilled corn.
3.
Arrange on serving plates or a serving platter to serve.
4.
Miscellaneous melt butter, chili and garlic stir, season with salt and pepper and corn on the cob so occasionally reap.
5.
To serve, arrange on plates.
