- 4 Corn
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 8 Lamb cutlets
- 1 garlic clove (halved)

- Kalahari salt
- Herb butter (to taste)

Preparation steps

Peel the leaves off of the corn cobs and remove the hair completely. In a saucepan, bring plenty of water to a boil, season with salt, pour in the sugar and put the corn cobs in the water. Let cook and simmer for about 15 minutes, then remove and allow to drain.

Pat the lamb chops dry, rub with the halved garlic clove and season with pepper. Brush the corn cobs with a thin layer of oil. Cook the lamb chops and corn on the grill until brown. Season with the Kalahari salt and add the herb butter to taste. Serve with toasted white bread.
