- 8 ears sweet Corn (husks and silk removed)
- ½ cup butter (at room temperature); plus additional butter for serving
- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- coarse salt (to taste)
Preparation steps

Prepare grill for direct grilling. Preheat to high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk 1/2 cup butter and garlic together, until creamy and smooth.

When ready to cook, lightly brush each ear of corn with the garlic butter and arrange on hot grill grate.

Grill the corn until the kernels are browned on all sides, 8 to 10 minutes total, turning as necessary, and brushing with remaining garlic butter.
5.
Transfer from grill to a serving tray or individual plates. Season with butter and salt to taste. Serve immediately.
