- ¾ cup butter
- 8 Tbsps dark honey
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- ½ tsp dried, crushed red chili peppers
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 4 sweet Corn (husk and silk removed)
Preparation steps

Beat together the butter, honey, lemon juice, chillies and pepper to taste until smooth.

Place on a sheet on cling film and shape into a log. Twist the ends to secure tightly, then wrap in foil and chill until firm.

Place each sweetcorn cob on 2 layers of foil and spread the cobs generously with some of the butter. Seal the edges and cook the foil parcels on a grid over the hot coals for 12-15 minutes turning occasionally, until the sweetcorn is tender.
4.
Serve with the remaining butter.
