4 cups Chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 small Zucchini (sliced)
2 ½ cups Mushrooms
1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp dried thyme
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.
Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers. Do likewise with the courgettes and mushrooms, alternating between the two.
2.
Grind the garlic with a pinch of salt. Mix with the lemon juice, thyme, oil, salt and ground black pepper. Brush the kebabs with the oil and grill on the barbecue, turning regularly, for around 10 minutes until golden brown. Brush now and then with the oil.
