8 smaller Carp (each about 90-100 grams, ready to cook, skinless)
1 untreated lemon
2 Tbsps liquid honey
4 Tbsps dark soy sauce
freshly ground peppers
200 grams mixed Lettuce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the carp fillets and pat dry. Halve the lemon, squeeze the juice and sprinkle the fish fillets with it. Mix together honey, soy sauce and season with pepper. Coat the fillets with sauce.

2.

Place on an oiled grill and barbecue over medium heat on each side for 3-4 minutes. Baste once with the remaining sauce. Serve on rinsed and dried lettuce.
