1 whole Carp (about 1 kg, headless)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
4 Tbsps clarified butter
60 grams butter
80 grams slivered almonds
2 tsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse carp inside and out and cut into 4 pieces with a sharp knife. Sprinkle carp with lemon juice and season with salt. Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry carp pieces on both sides for 3-4 minutes, then remove from pan.

Melt butter in another pan, add sliced almonds and fry until golden brown for 1-2 minutes. Stir in honey and add carp, then remove pan from heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes.

Serve immediately.
