Preparation steps

Soak 8 wooden skewers in lukewarm water. Rinse and halve the apricots and remove the pits. Thread 3 apricot halves onto each skewer and place on a preheated grill. Grill for about 6 minutes on each side. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the apricots with honey.

Toast the bread until golden brown. Serve the apricot skewers on the grilled bread and garnish with fresh herbs such as thyme or rosemary.
