1 Lime (juiced)

Preparation steps

Bring the cardamom pod to a boil with the cinnamon stick and 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water. Remove from the heat and infuse for 5 minutes. Pour in the tea and infuse for 3 minutes more, then strain through a sieve. Add lime juice and sugar to the tea and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool and pour into a shallow dish. Then freeze for about 3 hours in the freezer, stirring every 15 minutes with a fork.
