- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 250 grams Mozzarella (Small mozzarella balls)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- olive oil
- lemon juice (of 1 large lemon)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lettuce and spin dry. Rinse tomatoes and halve. Drain mozzarella.
2.
Mix lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl with 4 tablespoons olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to plates and top with mozzarella. Serve immediately.
