- 2 handfuls Edible flowers (mixed)
- For the vinaigrette
- 50 milliliters Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil (extra virgin)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

Rinse the sprouts and lettuce, spin dry, then arrange on plates. Combine all ingredients for the vinaigrette with a whisk or electric mixer.

Drizzle the vinaigrette over each salad, sprinkle with edible flowers and serve immediately.
