- 1 Radicchio
- ½ head Lollo rossa
- ½ head red Oak leaf lettuce
- 2 Red onions
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 2 Oranges (organic)
- 80 grams pink Olives
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse radicchio, lollo rossa and oak leaf lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear into bite-size pieces.

Peel onions and cut into thin rings or slices.
3.
Rinse fennel, trim and cut into thin slices.
4.
Peel oranges with a sharp knife as though it was an apple, remove all white skins and cut along the inner partitions to release fruit fillets. Collect resulting juice.
5.
Mix balsalmic vinegar in a bowl with red white vinegar and season with salt and pepper, Gradually add olive oil while whisking, then stir in orange juice. Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl with orange juice mixture. Arrange on plates and serve.
