Orange and Fennel Salad
Trim fennel and peel onion. Cut or slice both into thin rings or discs.
Peel oranges thoroughly and cut into slices. Arrange on plates and spread fennel and onion over the oranges.
Whisk honey with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper and drizzle over the salad. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
