- 4 organic Oranges
- 2 Fennel bulb
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel orange taking care to remove white pieces and cut fruit into thin slices. Trim fennel, set fennel leaves and cut root into small cubes. Finely chop fennel leaves and mix with diced fennel.
2.
Mix orange juice in a bowl with lemon juice and oil. Add orange slices. Arrange fennel on plate, place oranges in the center of fennel, drizzle with vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper. If desired serve with fresh ciabatta bread.
