Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Cut bell pepper in half, remove the seeds, rinse and cut into thin strips. Mix lettuce and bell pepper in a salad bowl. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Add onion and garlic to the salad.

2.

Dice half of the olives into small cubes and halve the rest. Mix diced olives with vinegar, oil and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over the salad and garnish with the halved olives.
