- 1 cup giant Prawn (ready prepared and chopped)
- ⅓ cup black Olives (pitted and chopped)
- 1 ⅓ cups Feta (crumbled)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- Chili flakes
- freshly ground peppers
- 12 small Squid (ready prepared)
- chopped mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together with the prawns, olives, rosemary, thyme, the breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, chilli and pepper. Season to taste, then stuff the squid.
2.
Close the opening of the squid with a toothpick. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Place on a hot grill and grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
4.
Remove from the grill, garnish with mint and serve.
