100 grams black Olives
400 grams medium sized Tomatoes
1 Bell pepper
4 Tbsps cold-pressed olive oil
3 Tbsps Wine vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes and cucumbers thoroughly. Cut the tomatoes into eighths, and remove the core. Thinly slice the cucumber. Rinse and halve the peppers. Remove the seeds and dice. Rinse the lettuce, and drain well. Cut the leaves into large strips.

Peel the onions and slice into rings. Drain the olives. Serve the salad in a bowl, and top with the cucumbers, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and olives. Mix the oil and vinegar, and season to taste with salt. Drizzle the salad with the dressing, then sprinkle with pepper. Crumble the feta over the salad, drizzle with a little oil, and serve immediately.
