Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the cucumber and chop into small pieces. Rinse and trim the tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel the onions and cut them lengthwise into thin columns. Crumble the feta cheese.

2.

For the marinade, whisk the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Gradually pour in the olive oil.

3.

Arrange the cucumber, tomato and onion on 4 plates and distribute the olives over the top. Drizzle the marinade over the salad and shower with the feta cheese.

Serve garnished with basil leaves and with a portion of flatbread if desired.
