3 Bell pepper (red, green and yellow)
1 Cucumber
2 Red onions
200 grams Tomatoes
150 grams black Olives
250 grams mild Feta
2 Tbsps Wine vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
marjoram (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cut bell peppers in half, remove the cores, rinse and cut into pieces. Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths. Peel onions, halve and cut into strips. Peel cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds with a spoon and cut into large pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Crumble in cheese and sprinkle with olives. Stir vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the salad. Serve garnished with marjoram.

Serve with white bread, if desired.
