Preparation steps

1.

For the salad: Peel the cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds and cut into half slices. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks, and cut into slices. Pit the olives and cut in half.

2.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Cut the feta into cubes. 

For the dressing: Whisk the olive oil with the vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Toss the salad with the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Serve in salad bowls.
