350 grams short macaroni
1 Zucchini
300 grams small Tomatoes
1 red onion
100 grams green Olives
250 grams Feta
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
lemons (juiced)
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Cook macaroni in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse and drain well.

2.

Rinse zucchini, trim and cut into thin slices.

3.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

4.

Peel onion and cut into rings.

5.

Cut feta into small pieces.

6.

Mix lemon juice with oil, season with salt, pepper and parsley and combine with the salad ingredients (except cheese). Divide among plates and serve sprinkled with feta cheese.
