2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 Red onions (sliced)
1.333 cups Feta (drained, diced)
4 Tbsps black and green Olives (drained)
1 bunch Basil (leaves picked)
2 Tbsps Vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.
Boil the potatoes in salted water for approx. 25 minutes until cooked but still firm.

Drain the potatoes, let cool slightly and chop in half.

Mix the potatoes with all the other ingredients. Season with salt and ground black pepper, toss well and serve.
