3 ripe tomatoes (rinsed and sliced into wedges)
1 small Red onion (peeled and sliced thin strips)
1 seedless Cucumber (cut into bite-size pieces)
1 green Bell pepper (rinsed; trimmed and diced)
1 cup fresh parsley (cut into thin strips)
1 cup greek Feta (crumbled)
½ cup pitted Kalamata Olive
¼ cup good-quality olive oil
3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon dried oregano
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
crusty Bread to serve (optional)

Preparation steps
