Preparation steps

Rinse grapefruit, in hot water, pat dry, cut in half, cut 2 thin wedges from each and squeeze the rest.

Rinse the lemon and lime in hot water, pat dry, cut 2 thin wedges from each and squeeze the rest.

3.

Pour grapefruit, lemon and lime juice through a sieve and mix with the honey. Pour into 2 chilled glasses, top with mineral water. Arrange grapefruit, lemon and lime wedges on the rims of the glasses. Rinse mint, shake dry and garnish the drinks.
