Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cranberries, then add to a pot with 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces) and the sugar. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Puree and drain in a colander lined with cheesecloth. Squeeze well, and chill in the refrigerator.

2.

Transfer to glasses, and fill with sparking mineral water (you want a 2:1 ratio). Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.
