- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 6 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse the radicchio, then tear into small pieces.

Rinse and peel the grapes. Mix the vinegar and oil, then season to taste with sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix the radicchio, grapes and chives. Drizzle with the dressing, then serve on plates.
