- 3 Tbsps butter
- 400 grams rolled Oats
- 30 grams Almond slivers
- ½ Vanilla bean (seeds)
- 40 grams unsalted Shelled pistachio
- 3 Tbsps chopped, blanched Walnut
- 3 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 3 Tbsps water
- 60 grams dried, chopped Cranberry
- 40 grams dried, chopped Apricot

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 130°C (approximately 265°F) convection. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a pot. Mix all the ingredients except the cranberries and apricots in a large bowl with the butter. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheets and roast golden brown for about 35 minutes. Turn occasionally. Let the granola cool and mix in the fruits. Store in airtight jars.
