Myrtillin, which belongs to the so-called anthocyanins from Blueberries improves the elasticity of blood vessels and makes the blood more fluid. This has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system.

The blueberry jam with maple syrup has a shelf life of at least three to six months - so you can enjoy the summer fruit flavor even in the depths of winter!
