- ¼ cup shelled Walnut (chopped)

1 Pot, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Metal bowl
Preparation steps

Pluck the thyme leaves off the stems and finely chop. In a small bowl, combine thyme, Gorgonzola, sour cream, and honey. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Arrange the cocktail bread on a cutting board or solid surface. Using a 2-inch heart-shaped cutter, cut out 8 hearts and spread with Gorgonzola cream. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and lavender flowers. Serve.
