125 milliliters milk
80 grams cream cheese
2 Tbsps dry white wine

Preparation steps

Cut the gorgonzola into cubes. Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat, and add the gorgonzola and the cream cheese. Stir the mixture until both cheeses have melted and the mixture is smooth. Cool the sauce completely.

Mix in the wine before serving. Season to taste with pepper, transfer to a bowl, and garnish with the chives.
