1 Zucchini (300 grams)
150 grams Cherry tomatoes
125 grams Gorgonzola
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps olive oil
200 grams Whipped cream
1 tsp Mustard
40 grams freshly grated Parmesan
1 pkg Tortellini (with ham)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the zucchini, halve lengthwise and slice crosswise. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Remove the rind from the cheese and chop the cheese. 

2.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute the zucchini until al dente. Add the tomatoes and saute briefly, season with salt and pepper.

3.

In a small saucepan, heat the cream with the mustard, add the gorgonzola and Parmesan and stir until the cheese has melted.

Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain the tortellini, add the sauteed vegetables and serve with the cheese sauce spooned over.
