4 large Tuna steak (skinned, ready-to-cook, 160 g each)
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

Preheat the grill.

Gently heat the honey and stir in the lime juice and the mint.

Season the fish with salt and ground black pepper and fry in hot butter on one side. Turn the steaks over and brush with the honey glaze. Transfer to the grill and grill for about 2 min so that the glaze caramelises.

Drizzle the steaks with more honey and serve immediately.
