- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsps fresh Fresh herbs (chopped)
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 28 ozs Sardine (ready-to-cook, heads and bones removed)
- Gluten-free flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- melted Margarine
- 1 unwaxed lemon (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the Parmesan, herbs and the breadcrumbs.
2.
Open the sardines, season with salt and ground black pepper and roll in the flour. Drag through the egg and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
3.
Fry in hot Nuttelex until golden brown. Pat dry with kitchen paper and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
