1 handful mixed Fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill and chives)
8 slices Prosciutto

Preparation steps

Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Spread over the bread and drizzle with a little oil.

Rinse the herbs, pluck the leaves and shake dry. Sprinkle over the bread and top with prosciutto. Season with a little pepper.
