Cottage Cheese, Prosciutto and Herb Tartines
These delicious tartines are packed with powerful protein from the cottage cheese and prosciutto.
If you like, you can replaced the prosciutto with crispy bacon.
Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Spread over the bread and drizzle with a little oil.
Rinse the herbs, pluck the leaves and shake dry. Sprinkle over the bread and top with prosciutto. Season with a little pepper.
