freshly ground white Pepper
4 slices
1 tablespoon
1 handful
mixed Fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill and chives)
8 slices

Preparation steps

1.

Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Spread over the bread and drizzle with a little oil. 

2.

Rinse the herbs, pluck the leaves and shake dry. Sprinkle over the bread and top with prosciutto. Season with a little pepper.
