Gluten Free Hazelnut Macaroons
Beat egg whites with lemon juice until very stiff. Sprinkle in powdered sugar while beating and continue beating until the mixture shines. Fold in hazelnuts and cinnamon.
Place batter in a piping bag with a large star tip and pipe walnut-sized portions on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (approximately 300°F) on the center rack for 20-25 minutes.
