- 1 Napa cabbage
- 600 grams Ground meat
- 100 grams Glass noodles
- 1 carrot
- 1 chili pepper
- Light soy sauce
- light Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsps Thai basil (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cabbage, remove stalk and drain well.

Cook glass noodles according to package directions, then drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and fry ground beef until brown and crumbly. Add carrots to the pan and fry. Add glass noodles and Thai basil to the pan, mix and season with soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil and cayenne pepper. Place glass noodle mixture in a large bowl and serve with cabbage leaves.
