2 Blood orange
7 Tbsps sugar (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the ginger and cut into pieces. Peel and press the lime and orange.

2.

Bring 1 liter (approximately 4.5 cups) of water and the sugar to a boil. Add the ginger. Pour in the citrus juice. Refrigerate for several hours.

3.

Pour through a fine sieve. Mix with the ice and mineral water.

4.

Serve garnished with mint.
