Preparation steps

1.

Squeeze the juice of the lemon. Peel the ginger, cut into very fine slices and cook with the lemon juice, the sugar and 200 ml (almost 1 cup) of water, do not boil. Infuse for about 10 minutes and pour through a sieve. Let cool down.

2.

Stir in about 600 ml (2 1/2 cups) of cold mineral water and serve the lemonade.
