- 2 green Apple (cored and roughly chopped)
- 4 cups Apple juice
- ½ inch fresh ginger (roughly chopped)
- 4 Tbsps Ginger ale
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- To decorate
- thinly sliced Apple

Preparation steps
1.
Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well.
2.
Press through a sieve into a jug and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
3.
Pour into chilled glasses and decorate with thin slices of apple.
