- 500 grams fresh shrimp (or 400 grams frozen)
- 8 garlic cloves
- 3 dried chili peppers
- 200 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel shrimp, rinse in cold water and pat dry (thaw frozen shrimp). Peel garlic and cut into thin slices.
2.
Grind the dried chile peppers in a mortar. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add shrimp, ground chile peppers and garlic slices, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes over high heat. Arrange in bowls with wooden toothpicks and serve immediately.
