- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 5 rosemary
- 7 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- 1 chicken (1,2 kg, without giblets)
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) top and bottom heat.

Rinse garlic cloves, halve crosswise and press. Rinse rosemary, pat dry and finely chop individual pieces in half. Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil with the chopped garlic, chopped rosemary and paprika. Rinse chicken inside and out, pat dry, salt and pepper and rub with marinade.
3.
Put chicken in a roasting pan with 3 tablespoons of oil, add garlic and rosemary stalks, one rosemary for garnish set aside. Cook chicken in preheated oven 60-80 minutes until crispy. often brushing with olive oil.
4.
Take roasted chicken from the oven and garnish with rosemary and basil. Serve with baked potatoes or vegetables.
