Preparation steps
1.
In a large resealable plastic storage bag, combine the beef, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar and green onions. Reseal the bag; shake to incorporate the ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2.
While the beef is marinating, place the salsa and Sriracha sauce in a blender. Cover and blend on medium until smooth. Pour into a small cup or bowl.
3.
Drain beef and discard marinade. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown and cooked through.
4.
Warm the tortillas according to package instruction. Spoon beef onto warm tortillas. Drizzle with spicy salsa and top with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with fresh lime juice. Serve.
