1 sm can Corn
200 grams cooked ham
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 tsp butter
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the corn. Trim away the fat from the ham, then cut into strips.

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Get a small bowl to catch some of the water, drain off and set aside for later. Immediately mix the pasta with butter, cream, corn, ham and chives. Mix 2-3 tablespoons in the cooking water, then pepper generously, salt slightly if necessary and serve immediately.
