- 300 grams fresh Sauerkraut
- 150 grams Date
- 2 small red Apple
- ⅛ l dry white wine
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Radicchio

Preparation steps

Finely chop sauerkraut and place in a bowl. Dice dates. Rinse, halve and core apples. Thinly slice apples lengthwise. Mix dates and apples with sauerkraut. Whisk together white wine, honey and olive oil and pour over slaw. Toss to combine.

Rinse and pat radicchio leaves dry. Divide radicchio among plates and top with slaw.
