2 scallions
1 Apple
1 lemon (juiced)
½ Radicchio
40 grams Walnut

Preparation steps

Drain the sauerkraut, and squeeze if you'd like. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the scallions on bias. Rinse and quarter the apple. Remove the core and finely dice. Mix the apple with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Rinse and julienne the radicchio. Coarsely chop the walnuts.

Mix the sauerkraut, scallions, radicchio, and apple and place on 4 plates. Sprinkle with the walnuts and freshly ground black pepper.

Mix the sour cream with the yogurt and the remaining lemon juice. Season to taste with salt. Place in small bowls and serve with the salad.
